We enjoyed the tour of the islands! Ante wasn't available as a guide, but our host Šime did a very good job. The weather on this day in October was nice and sunny, but the water a bit too cold to go for a swim. A great experience for the price!

We had a gray time on the tour! Ante was not able to make it, but our host Šime was excellent and shared a lot of great information about the islands. The scenery was great, the boat ride was smooth, and the timing was really nice. We were glad we took this half-day tour instead of some of the longer full-day tours, especially since we went in mid-October when the weather is too cold to swim. It was a great day, and we are really happy we made the decision to book this experience. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun boat tour. The wooden boat was so cool and there was so many nice stories told about the local islands and the way the culture is here. Would definitely go again!

Enjoyed the experience of going to these islands on a small boat. Experience would be improved if leader provided some information (history and culture) of the islands, their inhabitants, and the region.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Ausflug. Wir waren nur zu zweit plus Guide und es war super! Wir haben schöne Inseln besichtigt und trotz des Wellengangs sehr sicher gefühlt. Können den Ausflug nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

This trip was a blast! With our private trip of four people we were having a wonderful time :) Three stops, all different and with the sun in our face we enjoyed it very much! Completely worthy the price and a very relaxed and friendly host! Totally recommended

We had a great time floating in the cove and walking around the island. The sunset and wine were perfect. Our guide was chill and knowledgeable about the area.

Sailing a small boat is something you need to live at least once! Our captain Šzime made us feeling safe and comfortable what was even more important that it was completely new experience to us. Both locations were great, though we loved more the first one so we can recommend opting to spend more time there. Thank you for the trip!

My friends and I really enjoyed our tour. We jumped off the roof of the boat and enjoyed swimming in the sea. The views were amazing and enjoyed visiting other islands we wouldn’t have been able to on our own.

We had such a great experience! Sime took us to a couple of the islands, let us wander or swim, the anchored out and let us swim of the boat. All the while telling us interesting facts about the Islands, some history, and what it was like growing up there. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good experience. Would recommend this highly.

Nice half-day trip to gorgeous locations. Host was amazing and very chill. Gave us the opportunity to manage the time at the island ourselves. Talkative and friendly atmosphere. Would book again!

We (my girlfriend and I) were very fortunate to be the only guests on the boat. The experience was very romantic and the scenery was beautiful! Ante is a very friendly and relaxed dude. I highly recommend this!

Fantastically chilled way to spend an afternoon, visiting three spots off the main tourist trail for swimming and exploring. Loved Ošljak in particular - the smallest inhabited island in Croatia. Šime was a great guide to the islands - very professional. Compared to the cost of a larger group tour, this is a bargain - very highly recommended!

The small islands Sime took us to were stunning, and we had enough time for snorkeling and discovering. I definitely recommend this trip, it’s worth the money!

We had a lovely time. It was sunny and the water was calm and refreshing. He had snorkels for us to use. The first island (Osljak) was quiet and pretty, and the second one had a sandy beach and another small island that you could swim to from the bigger one. We also asked about and enjoyed hearing about his life growing up on another nearby island and all of the fishing he liked to do.

Cette activité a été au delà de nos attentes ! Ante est super ! Nous avons pu découvrir plusieurs îles, nous baigner, nous balader, il nous a aussi expliqué des choses à propos des îles. Alors n’hésitez pas à réserver cette activité ! Cela fait en vaut vraiment la peine ! Merci encore à Ante grâce à lui nous repartons pleins de souvenirs ancrés en nous et avec de magnifique paysage gravés à jamais dans notre esprit.

Thank you for a nice time on the boat. Maybe we wouldn’t have needed as much time on the last island as the restaurants and bars there weren’t too nice. But if you plan to swim to the cemetery it’s probably time well spent. But the other stops were really beautiful and nice. For us the boat ride itself was most enjoyable.

Super expérience, Sime était très sympa ! En revanche, nous nous attendions à une réelle excursion avec guide touristique. Hors là, nous avons simplement été déposés sur deux îles consécutivement, pendant 1 et 2 heures, et nous faisions ce que nous voulions.

Gita fantastica su una barca deliziosa. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di goderci ancora un po' di mare e di luoghi meravigliosi prima della partenza, grazie al fatto che il tour di conclude in 4 ore. Il tempo a disposizione è sufficiente per godere appieno di ogni tappa. Massima disponibilità e grande simpatia della guida!

One of the best things of my vacation in Zadar. Sime was a kind and friendly skipper, who brought us to some croatian beauties, you definitely need to experience. Also the atmosphere on the boat was pretty relaxed.

In contrast to whole-day huge cruise ship excursions (seemingly so popular among tourists), the boat tour by Ante is TRULY relaxing. Perfect for couples and groups of close friends.

The islands were breathtaking, we could swim at beautiful locations. I think that this tour was the best thing about our staying in Zadar. Our guide, Sime, was super nice and friendly, he even offered us some traditional croatian beverage. We even saw dolphins at the end of our trip!

Loin des bateaux rapides un retour à l’essentiel sur cet authentique bateau de pêcheur. Savourant chaque instant en naviguant paisiblement vers deux îles où l’on peut se baigner dans une petite crique et où l’on peut faire le tour à pied tranquillement sans aucun bruit si ce n’est que le chant des cigales. Merci à notre guide qui fut d’une très grande attention et gentillesse.

Die Bootstour war auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis. Besonders der zweite Halt hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben in einer Bucht geankert und konnten vom Boot ins Wasser springen. Es war ein schöner Spot zum Schnorcheln. Wir hatten unsere Ausrüstung selber mit, wir hätten uns diese aber auch vom Gastgeber ausleihen können.

The traditional wooden boat tour is amazing. You can enjoy a real fisherman boat trip. The island Ošljak is pretty an has so many spots to jump to the clear water. Use the snorkeling equipment (provided by Antes team) to explore the sea. The second island Ugljan gives you the opportunity to get some food or drinks. Or jump to the water and enjoy the day. I would highly recommend this tour

Merci à Sime pour cette très belle expérience qui nous a permis de découvrir des petits coins de paradis loin de l’effervescence des plages habituelles. Supers moments à nager dans des eaux limpides, plonger du bateau et se promener sur l’île de Osljak.

We went on a trip with Ante’s friend Šime. Highly recommend this experience, totally worth the price. The boat is a real beauty and with the nature around it makes the perfect vibe. Definitely would do this again. Have fun!

We had a wonderful day on the water with Shimi. The scenery and local tips from our captain were excellent. The islands were beautiful and the experience was the perfect length of time. Would highly recommend!!!

The meetup point was great, as it is just outside of Old Town Zadar. Our guide for the tour was Šime and he was a great guide! We felt safe in his hands and he told us about the islands we visited, historical facts, and all around just cool conversations with Šime and the other 2 visitors who were also very friendly! This tour also offers Snorkeling equipment which is great, and you can even jump from the roof of the boat! The walk around the island is about 30mins~ and it was truly amazing, very beautiful and quiet. If you want to get away from crowded touristy places, this tour is recommended. Although the first stop Island at the beach, there are some tourists, but it is more quiet than Old Town Zadar. All in all a very great experience and a good value for your price. Would recommend it to everyone!

Il giro in barca guidato da šcime è stato bellissimo. Nonostante la giornata di vento siamo riusciti a fermarci in due posti entrambi molto suggestivi. L'ottima guida e l'ottima compagnia, ci hanno fatto trascorrere un pomeriggio rilassante e piacevole alla scoperta delle isole davanti a Zara. La barca è piccola e molto confortevole :)

Superbe expérience à bord de ce joli bateau en bois avec notre sympathique capitaine de bord Sime. Le point fort du trip sont les baignades près des îles où on est presque seuls au monde, royal ! On est libres de faire du masque/tuba et de se prélasser à l’avant du bateau, l’excursion qui sort des sentiers battus.. Un grand merci à Sime & Ante !

Great trip! Saw some very beautiful islands. Lots of time for the islands and snorkeling. Amazing stories that were told about his family fishing heritage. Would book again!

Amaaazzzing experience! Very good value for money. Such a great way to get away from the tourists in zadar. Firstly the tour had only 7/8 people which was great as not too overcrowded. We went to the islands listed and at the first island had very very few tourists. The beach on the 1st island they took us to only had us on it and was very very beautiful and relaxing. You can snorkel there etc. The second larger island had more people but definetly not too overcrowded. You have space to swim and feel comfortable. Don't hesitate to book. I would defo do this again if I had more time in zadar. I am a solo female traveller who can't swim and had fun paddling on both beaches. Sime the guide was also very nice as where the other people on the tour. An amazing and unique Croatian experience especially for the price.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Nachmittag. Wir haben die kleine Insel vor Preko erkundet, die sehr schön war! Danach haben wir am Hafen von Preko angelegt. Anschließend ging es zurück. Auf der Hinfahrt gab es einen hausgemachten Schnaps vom Kapitän. Alles in allem eine schöne Tour die ich weiterempfehlen würde. Wir sind mit Šime gefahren, der definitiv wusste, was er tat und sehr bemüht war, dass uns der Trip gefällt. Grundsätzlich jedoch etwas teuer wobei das zur Hauptsaison überall der Fall ist.

We had a nice trip to Ošljak and Preko, it was really relaxing and we had some time on the islands for our self. Bit too pricy considering that the trip offered little more than a ferry ride. Nice tour guide, though.

The tour with Ante was great. We as a group had a say in the course of the tour. The size of the group was appropriate and since you could sit anywhere on the boat, you had enough space. Ante told us a lot and was very nice. There was enough time for swimming and snorkelling. We enjoyed the tour very much.

We have had an amazing day out on the boat, which was charming and had a handy coolbox aboard! Our skipper was friendly, personable and had loads to share on local knowledge and stories of growing up on Zadar’s beautiful islands. We were given choices to tailor the day to suit our interests, which meant we were able to swim in some tranquil bays and stop for a coffee/beer. We also sampled some homemade schnapps on board! Overall would 100% recommend if you are staying in Zadar!

Great boattour around the islands before the coast of Zadar. We could determine what we wanted to do, stopped often for swimming breaks and had lots of fun snorkeling. The skipper of the boat is very kind and friendly, was up for a joke as well, while still making us feel comfortable and safe. Would recommend!

Die Bootstour ist wirklich nur empfehlen. Uns als Gruppe wurde freigestellt wo wir hinfahren. Wie hatten deshalb die Gelegenheit ins Meer zu springen vom Boot aus, sowieso die Stadt Preko auf der Insel Ugljan zu erkundigen. Wir würden diese Boots immer wieder machen.

We had an amazing trip! The host was so friendly , saw some amazing places! The boat was very cool too! Highly recommend, if you want to have a less touristic experience and have more local vibes.

Nous recommandons cette excursion en bateau qui était très plaisante. En effet, cette excursion est idéal pour se retrouver en petit comité, loin des tours de voyage. De plus, cela nous a permis de nous retrouver sur deux îles tranquilles loin des agitations touristiques. La dernière ile, a été l’occasion de faire du snorkeling sur une petite plage sauvage trouvée.

Great boat tour! Shima was great and couldn't have been a better skipper. Loved all the spots he took us that I wouldn't have even thought of going to unless if we booked this tour. Ask for Ante's Rakija home brew if you wanna start off a little warm.

Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders das Baden auf der Insel Osljak ist sehr besonders aufgrund des klaren Wassers. Beim Schnorcheln gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Boot ist sehr schön.

L’hôte nous montrait des endroits plutôt pour les locaux, qui nous conviennent parfaitement. Nous étions très à l’aise sur son bateau, il conduit très bien ;)

Nous avons passé un moment magique ! Šime était très gentil ! Les endroits où ils nous a emmenées étaient magnifiques et pas remplis de touristes. Coup de coeur pour l'île d'Ošljak où nous avons pu faire une balade tout autour de l'île avant de profiter de la plage. Je recommande vivement cette expérience très authentique et hors des sentiers battus.

Si vous recherchez une expérience authentique à Zadar, foncez! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec Sime et avons eu la chance d'avoir le bateau juste pour nous. On s'est également senti en sécurité, tout en découvrant des paysages magnifiques. A faire!

It was a great time! We visited the best spot for snorkeling, and the cutest island I have ever seen. It was only for me and my kids. Don't hesitate to reserve this trip!

This ride was amazing! Our captain, Šime was a real professional and he told us all about the locations! We went to the smallest island in Croatia where we did snorkeling and then visited another island where we could swim and walk around. It was an awesome experience and on the way back we had some strong wind and Šime navigated through the waves like a real pro! It was so cool! I would do it again and highly recommend it to everyone who is around the Zadar area! ☀️🚤

This our SECOND time booking this excursion, that’s how great it is. My husband and I first went on this two years ago, and when we came back to celebrate our honeymoon we knew we had to do it again. Ante had great little personal touches to celebrate our marriage. We visited the most spectacular places- great swim spots. I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a lot of fun on this trip, visited beautiful places on Islands near Zadar and the boat was just what we wished to be. Ante is very helpful and you can see it's not just business for him but he really cares and makes sure we were happy. So was Sime, our skipper. Some great storytelling from him, we was very willing and friendly and he speaks good English. I recommend this trip to everyone.

Our tour guide was very nice and really tried to make the trip as personalized as possible :) We asked to be dropped off at Ugljan instead of going back to Zadar, and it was not a problem at all. We were even told where to buy the ferry tickets back to Zadar later in the evening. We enjoyed every bit of our private boat ride. The small islands were so beautiful, and we were so happy to spend lots of timing on the boat relaxing in the wind, swimming in the water, and jumping off the boat. I definitely recommend it!

Sima was our skipper on Ante’s boat which was exactly as pictured. The boat comes with a story of local crafts, fishing, the way of life of the islands inhabitants. Not only spectacular views and ultra clear waters but a local knowledge of the islands of Croatia. A freedom of go where you want during the 4 hours. We became close to Sima as our likes and thoughts were of like mind, and can count a new friend living in Croatia.

Wir hatten einen tollen Nachmittag auf Antes Boot. Sein Freund Andrej hat uns sehr bereitwillig alles erzählt und gezeigt. Toll war auch der Inselhund Charly der uns direkt am Boot willkommen hiess und uns einmal um die ganze Insel geführt hat;-) Zum Abschluss hatten wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.

The boat tour was exactly what we needed to further enjoy Croatia! It was a 10/10, very personalized to our group, and overall an amazing experience. Would recommend to anybody visiting Zadar!

Ante is such a great guy and an expert sailor. we had a beautiful experience visiting amazing and hidden places that only a true sailor would know! the boat was authentic, comfortable and cute! A te makes you feel like you are part of the crew! If you came to zara you defnetly have to do this experience! P.S. the boat was sanitised and Ante kept the mask on all the time.

You will never forget this experience. It is just AMAZING. They treat you like a god and give you anything. Definitely worth it.

Terrific all-around experience for us (family of 6: three adults, two kids aged 9 and 6, and puppy). Mate was an amazing guide and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him. Communication was flawless prior to booking and Ante was very flexible trying to accommodate our last minute plans. We would love to go out again with Mate and would not hesitate to book another trip with Ante and crew.

Our trip whit Mate was fantastic. More than we expected. Only my wife, Mate and i was on the boat. He was very flexible and showed us and suggested us great places. He is nice person, the sea is fantastic, jumping off the boat is great. We had good memories.

A great personalised afternoon with Mate. You go out on his family boat and he gives you lots of options of where you want to go depending on what you want to do e.g. swimming, sightseeing, island hoping or history. Mate really cared for us and did his absolute best to make us feel welcome. He’s a super friendly guy so you’ll have fun as he drives you around a few places. His English is also very good! A must do in Zadar! We were a group of 6 and had the boat just for us. We loved spending our afternoon discovering the small islands, as Mate was very kind and organized the experience according to what we were looking for. I definitely recommend you book this if you’re looking for calm places and avoid the crowd of tourists, you won’t be disappointed!

We LOVED it. Mate was a great host, he made us feel very safe in the current situation wearing a face mask and having hand sanitizer on the boat. We spent a great afternoon on Antes boat yesterday. Mate was super nice and took very good care of us. We did this family excursion with my parents and our little girls (5 and 2) so Mate showed us the best beaches that were kids friendly. We loved the sandy beach in Preko, the historical insight of the island Galovac and the very charming feel and little beaches on Ozljak. It was a perfect combination for everyone, the kids, grandparents and us. Thanks so much for this great experience.

STOP SCROLLING AND BUY THIS EXPERIENCE! I was the only one who booked, Ante and Mate were kind enough to still go ahead. It was a great, relaxing and personalised day and we went to some amazing islands and bays. I can’t recommend this enough, Mate also guided me through jumping off a boat which I have never done so it was actually a very memorable experience. If you want a relaxing, short trip that gets you see the best of Zadar without being overly busy, this is definitely the best one

Ante und seine Schwester waren über das Maß hinaus super Gastgeber. Wir haben Verschiedene Inseln angesteuert, auf denen es tolles zu Endecken gab. In einer kleinen Bucht mit Blick auf den Meeresgrund haben wir geankert und sind im Meer geschwommen. Es war zu 100 % sein Geld wert. 5 ***** für diesen tollen Tag.

Antes Bruder und seine Freundin Haben uns pünktlich am vereinbarten Ort abgeholt und sich während der ganzen Tour immer wieder erkundigt ob es uns gut geht und wir mit dem nächsten Ziel einverstanden sind. Sie waren beide sehr sympathisch und wir haben interessante Einblicke sowohl über die Geschichte der Inseln, als auch über Zadar gewonnen und das auf diesem schönen Holzboot! Es war wirklich eine schöne und intime Tour, abseits von Touristenmassen, wir haben es sehr genossen und würden gerne nochmal im Sommer wiederkommen :)

We had a very lovely boat ride. Ante's brother Mate was our captain and he was very nice and attentive. It was a great experience to discover some of the islands around Zadar on our own - Mate kept waiting at the boat till our return. Activities included swimming, snorkeling and discovering secluded parts of the islands. I definitely recommend this tour.

Deeply Recommended! We booked the morning for a same day trip and everything went perfectly. We were just me and my girlfriend on the boat as a private tour. We visited a small creek where we had sunbath and snorkeling. We then visited a beautiful island and finally have a well deserved beer. During all the journey, our captain was very attentive to our needs and explained us some interesting facts about the history of Zadar. Go for it without any doubt!

We had a great afternoon with Matha, Ante’s charming brother. The weather was less than perfect but we enjoyed our afternoon and would recommend. We had a delicious lunch in a small restaurant recommended by Matha. Thank you!

My husband I enjoyed our trip with Mate. He was incredibly accomodating and it felt like an authentic experience. We enjoyed his old world boat, his fathers delicious Schnapps and his mothers biscuits. It was a very relaxing few hours seeing things from a very different perspective.

This is an absolute winner! My girlfriend and I ended up being the only 2 on the boat. Marte, our host, was so great with tips on places to explore. He also made sure it wasn’t rushed and allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience. We ended with some plums and home made liqueur! Don’t pass on this unique experience.

That was the best decision to choose this trip! Our guide was super nice, flexible, and has a big knowledge about places we’ve been. You have enough time to chill, swim and see beautiful panorama. Trip was truly amazing!

I highly recommend this experience. We had our party of four along with Matej and it was extremely, comfortable, fun, and beautiful. Matej is very friendly and knowledgable. We all could tell he has a passion for sailing and really cared and tried to give us the best experience. We cannot say enough good things about our time. Definitely take this tour!

Just do it! Yes, spend the money and go on a boat ride. Go snorkle, swim and sit on the top of a real on a real wooden boat and take in the views. Wow the views! The mountains in the background are forever etched in my mind. The boat ride was intimate, fun and unassumingly peaceful. The water was amazing in every way. Make some memories. We did and we loved it. There was so much to do and so little time in Zadar! We were thinking to go to the island but its a bit tricky getting there... and really wheres the best place for us? This trip gave us amazing views, experiance and real insight into the surrounding towns and of course the Croatian culture. We truly enjoyed it.

Me and my friend (22/23yo) booked the tour a day before it took place. We were joined by a family with two children. But Antes brother who guided us, managed to make it amazing and unique for all of us. Most of the time we were snorkelling while the kids had a good time at the sandy beach. While we had a little break the guide offered us homemade schnapps and cookies which were delicious. He also gave us some recommendations for domestic restaurants and beaches near Zadar. The nature was beautiful, the guide was nice and well organized. He also gave us the option to learn something about the history and culture of the little isles we were going to. A clear recommendation to everyone (who’s not getting seasick)!

We really liked the tour! We saw the small islands and he and his sister showed us beautiful places. We really enjoyed snorkeling! Today only my boyfriend and me joined the tour and it was very special!! :)

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß auf unserer Bootstour. Wir konnten die Tour mit gestalten und dadurch einen einmaligen und ganz individuellen Ausflug haben. Uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

We are so happy we did this! It was intimate and unique. We weren't surrounded by so many other tourists. What I loved the most is that we went at our pace and did what we wanted when we wanted. It was a tailored experience with such a nice person. At first we didn't have the minimum capacity and when I messaged Ante to see if he had other people interested he said not to worry and to just book it for two. We were joined by another couple and their child. It was a GREAT day, will recommend this to my friends. Love that they provide floaties and snorkeling equipment.

A fantastic trip, the hours flew by as we took in the wonderful views of Zadar coastline and the beautiful islands. It was a cosy little boat and Marte ( Ante’s brother) was very friendly and helpful but at the same time gave us lots of privacy to chat and be by ourselves when we stopped at the different destinations. The homemade pear liqueur and little snacks were also a very pleasant surprise! Thank you Marte 👍🏼

If you go to Zadar, you have to take boat trips to see the islands. If you have difficulty to choose one to join, this is the one to be picked and experience it with Ante and the brother. They are professional and caring. Easy communication, flexible routine up on your request. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. Thanks Ante and Marte!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag auf dem Boot mit Mate. Er hat uns viele Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, die wir unternehmen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten super viel Spaß und können diese Bootstour definitiv weiterempfehlen. :)

Beautiful boat and great experience with a very professional and friendly Mate - not to be missed, being at sea with a friendly local is one of the best things you can do in Croatia. Trip was tailored to our needs, magical water and swimming, highly recommended.

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Bootsfahrt mit Ante gehabt. Die Tour war privat (zwei Personen), da keine anderen Gäste an diesem Tag teilnehmen wollten. Ante hat uns angeboten trotzdem zu fahren, dafür eine verkürzte Tour von drei Stunden. Das war sehr entgegen kommend. Auf der Tour konnten wir mit entscheiden wohin es geht bzw. was wir sehen wollen. Insgesamt eine super Tour zum Schnorcheln und Baden und ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Ante hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

For a relaxing day on the Adriatic this experience is perfect! Comfortable boat, great tour, fantastic sea and beautiful coastline! I know you will have a super time! This was our second opportunity to travel on this boat and we LOVED every moment!!

Mate a été notre skipper pour une matinée au large de Zadar. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et les seuls a embarquer! Expérience privée et géniale sur un très joli bateau... Départ du superbe petit port à la sortie de la vieille ville et visite puis snorkling sur les îles en face de la ville. Je recommande cette petite escapade loin de la foule touristique et très typique. Que du plaisir!

Great experience ! A must do when in Zadar. We were a small group (only 4 of us) and Mate, our skipper, pointed us to all the hidden gems where we could swim and snorkel.

Very enjoyable trip today, I'm only docking one star because the boat itself is slow and older. Its perfect for a ride to the various islands but I think we were just hoping for something faster to enjoy being out on the water. Some of this is obviously on us for not choosing the right trip, and overall our captain was friendly and very accommodating. It was a great value and a good day on the water and highly recommended if you are looking for transit to the places mentioned in the experience.
